Hamad Jassim Al Darwish
CeoHamad Jassim Al Darwish is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Al Hail Holding. He has been leading companies successfully for more than 25 years in the EMEA region. Experience in corporate governance, strategy, and investment management helped Al Hail Holding grow as a diversified holding company.
Hamad is also the Chairman of Medad Holding as well as of several of Al Hail’s businesses. He holds in addition Board and Executive positions in more than 30 companies spanning across multiple industries, in the UAE, USA and Ireland.
He is a serial entrepreneur and is a well-regarded name in the entrepreneurial circle in the UAE with businesses in real estate, contracting, financing and investment.
Hamad is well-known in the market as an astute businessman, a thought leader and mentor on local business and investment matters.

Mohammed Alshaiba Almazrouei
CooMohammed Alshaiba Almazrouei is the Chief Operating Officer of al Hail Holding, overseeing the business growth, investment appraisal and operations systems for the company.He has over 15 years of experience in the technology and finance sectors.
Almazrouei also leads Board and Executive positions across the diversified verticals of the Holding.
He possesses comprehensive expertise of the global financial marketplace combined with an astute and informed eye for new opportunities, which has led to an excellent track record in forward thinking investment and returns for all initiatives entered in his stewardship.One of his most unique strengths is commitment to people and his natural ability of cultivating relationships and bonds across the globe.
Mohammed holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong, a Master in Project Management from George Washington University, and is an alumnus of the Abu Dhabi Leadership Program from the University of Oxford.

CeoNidal Khatib is the Chief Financial Officer of Al Hail Holding. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with more than 29 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgetary cost control, systems, audit, tax, treasury & foreign exchange in companies engaged in retail, manufacturing, real estate, trading, operation, and other industries.
Nidal is currently providing financial executive leadership and financial infrastructure support to Al Hail Holding as well as to the verticals under the holding. He possesses a proven track record in growing profitability within large and complex companies, advising and consulting to maximize their service usage and investment opportunities.
Nidal has several professional qualifications from the Institute of Management Accountants, Institute of Internal Auditors and the California Board of Accountancy.
